WFE: Huckleberry brie tartlet, SRF sweet and spicy Sirloin skewer, spicy crab and rice ball with salmon.

Grazing table with Ansot’s housemade pork loin and squid ink sausage, seasonal fruit, veg, cheeses, crackers, breads.

A raw bar with oysters, lobster tail, cocktail crab legs, briny shrimp, mignonette, grilled lemons.

Chef John Cuevas of Madre Taqueria (Boise): Snake River Farms Rib Eye Cap Moo Shu Pancake, aged bonito, brown butter-yuzu aioli, chili.

Chef Carlo Lamagna of Magna Kusina and Kantina (Portland, OR): Grilled SRF Kurobuta Pork Chops with cola glaze, roasted Brussels sprouts with a calamansi chili vinaigrette, slow cooked alliums with coconut bagna cauda.

Chef Sarah Kelly of Petite 4 (Boise): SRF Steak Frites featuring a Bavette steak with herb compound butter and rosemary champagne frites.

WFE provided dessert: buttered popcorn chocolate chip cookies, Idaho Cherry Cordial Truffles from The Chocolat Bar (Boise).
